Something isn't working?

Always update to the latest installer of all plugins of interest (to ensure compatibility). Plugins are updated on a frequent basis with small improvements and it’s a good idea to update (when available) every month or so.

Does my company have a licence for Geometry Gym?

The best way is to contact your companies IT administer to check if you have an active licence. Alternatively, you can contact us to confirm.

Do I need an internet connection to access my companies licence?

Typically you will need an internet connection to access a Geometry Gym plug-in licence. However, if you know the period of time in which you will not have an internet connection you can apply for a temporary offline licence for that duration. Please contact us to arrange.
