Something isn't working?

Always update to latest installer of all plugins of interest (to ensure compatibility). Plugins are updated on a frequent basis with small improvements and it’s a good idea to update (when available) every month or so.

If you have downloaded latest and something still is not working please contact us and we can look into the issue.

Does my company have a licence of Geometry Gym?

The best way is to contact your companies IT administer to check if you have an active licence. Alternatively you can contact us to confirm.

Do I need an internet connection to access my companies licence?

Typically you will need a internet connection to access a Geometry Gym plug-in licence. However, if you know the period of time in which you will not have an internet connection you can apply for a temporary offline licence for that duration. Please contact us to arrange.
